At USA Shoe Deals, we understand that circumstances can change after placing an order. This policy outlines the conditions under which you may cancel your order.

Cancellation Window

You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been fulfilled and handed to the carrier, it can no longer be cancelled.

How to Request a Cancellation

Cancellation Eligibility

  • Orders cancelled within 12 hours and before fulfillment → full refund
  • Orders already processed or shipped → cannot be cancelled; please refer to our Refund & Return Policy
  • Custom or personalized orders → cannot be cancelled once production has begun

Refund Processing

Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days. Processing times may vary by bank or payment provider.

To modify your order (size, color, shipping address), contact us immediately at hello@usashoedeals.store. We will accommodate changes if the order has not yet been fulfilled.
