Return Window & Condition
You have thirty (30) days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in New only condition. This means the footwear must be unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Return Shipping Label: The return shipping label and its costs are the Customer responsibility. Customers are responsible for obtaining and paying for their own return shipping labels.
Restocking Fees: We charge No cost ($0.00) for restocking fees.
Exchanges & Refunds
We happily accept exchanges for defective and non-defective products within the 30-day window. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be automatically processed and applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
