Order Changes or Cancellations
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing hello@usashoedeals.store. Our Customer Support team will review your request and assist you promptly.
Within 24 Hours
You may request to cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. During this period, changes or cancellations can generally be made free of charge.
After 24 Hours
After the first 24 hours, your order may have already entered processing. While we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped.
After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. If you no longer wish to keep the item after delivery, you may request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Refund Processing Time
If your cancellation request is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover: 5–10 business days
Please note that the exact time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your card issuer or financial institution.
